Starting a life in the UK
As well as supporting you in your role, we will also help you settle into your new environment, giving you the help you need to start a new life the UK.
There are a few details to consider before you apply. First, you’ll need to comply with legislation in the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, which means you need to provide a recognised document that proves you’re eligible to work in the UK.
If you are a citizen of the United Kingdom, Switzerland or one of the European Economic Area (EEA) countries, you automatically have the right to work in the UK, but you’ll still need to provide a specified document at your interview to confirm your status. If we invite you for an interview, we’ll let you know which documents are suitable.
