Mar 2008 - Madeleine's Strawberry Sundaes
One of our residents, Madeleine, has had her Strawberry Sundae recipe short-listed for the Trust Cookbook. Andrea, our Activity Co-Ordinator, arranged for the residents to trial the recipe and sample it themselves. When the manager heard there was sherry it it, she decided to try it for herself. Here are the before and after pictures!! Poor Madeleine!!!!
