Trust Executive Management
The Orders of St John Care Trust is managed on a decentralised basis, with as much responsibility as possible devolved to the individual homes. Each operating county has a County Office, led by a County Director. The overall organisation is overseen by the Trust Head Office, based at Wellingore Hall in Lincolnshire, and led by the Chief Executive.
Operational matters are dealt with at Trust level by the Chief Executive's Committee, which meets every six weeks. In addition, the Operations Committee, comprising all County Directors and other relevant personnel as required, meets monthly.
The Chief Executive attends Full Trustee meetings and meetings of Board Committees by invitation. Other Directors/executives are also invited to attend specific meetings as required.
