Recognising, or being told, that you need care can be very worrying. You may feel that it means changing your entire lifestyle. Will you be able to stay at home? Might you have to move into a care home? We know that the decisions you have to make in such circumstances are not taken lightly. The whole exercise can seem very complicated.
