This development of 52 luxury one and two bedroom apartments will be completed later in 2010 and will offer 24 hour care and support to residents according to their needs. There will be a wide range of community facilities, including a café, cinema, hair salon and well-being room, as well as access to wireless broadband and satellite TV. St Anne's Court comprises 14 flats, within a Grade II listed building located just 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre. The flats are unfurnished and aim to provide comfortable accommodation allowing independent living. Flats all have a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room with integrated kitchen. There is wheelchair access and a lift. Overall responsibility for the flats is administered by the Lincolnshire County Office but day to day management and suport is provided by the Resident Warden.
