Kerry Dearden
Kerry Dearden is Deputy Chief Executive of OSJCT.

Kerry joined OSJCT in 2015 and became Deputy CEO in July 2018. Kerry supports the CEO to ensure continuous development and delivery of OSJCT’s Strategy and Corporate Plan and deputises in his absence. Kerry is functionally responsible for our strategic relationships with our Local Authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups where we have block contract relationships to ensure we are a proactive partner with the public sector. Kerry also ensures we have an estate that is safe and fit for the future to provide high quality services and hence is responsible for property, new developments, and health and safety. Kerry is also responsible for marketing, PR, and internal communications ensuring we communicate to all who live and work with us, as well as, the Commercial and Procurement functions ensuring that we deliver efficiencies in our contractual relationships with our supply base.
Kerry is Vice Chair of the Wiltshire Care Partnership which represents and supports independent providers of care in Wiltshire, working alongside commissioners to achieve the provision of high quality and safe services.
Kerry is a Chartered Management Accountant and prior to joining OSJCT, Kerry held previous senior finance and change management roles at a Local Authority, the National Assembly for Wales and private sector companies such as Dyson, MARS and PepsiCo.
Kerry is busy with family life, enjoys concerts and is a keen supporter of the Rugby Six Nations winners – Wales.
