A warm welcome to our home
Erdington House is an attractive scheme in Yarnton, a peaceful and safe area on the outskirts of the historic university city of Oxford and three miles from the centre of Kidlington.
- Extra Care Housing
Erdington House in Yarnton, opened in 2014, offers 24-hour planned domiciliary care and emergency response to allow you to live independently in your own home.
The 50 spacious one and two bedroom apartments built and managed by Housing&Care21 are available for rent or shared ownership. The Orders of St John Care Trust were appointed in 2016, following a rigorous selection process, to provide the onsite care services.
What is Extra Care Housing?
The expert care we can provide ranges from practical help with getting dressed and bathed or household tasks, such as laundry and shopping, to companionship and conversation.
And it’s all tailored to your individual needs, so you can choose how much help you receive and when, and this can be adjusted as your needs change.
If you are currently finding it difficult to remain in your home but do not yet need or want the high level of care available in residential or nursing homes, Housing with Care may be just the right move for you. Whether you are on your own or in a couple, we can cater for your needs.
We also offer a 24-hour emergency response service, so you know that help is always at hand should you need it urgently.
