Opened in March 2013, this attractive development offers 55 apartments for independent living with beautiful communal areas in which to relax and socialise. Of these, 37 have one bedroom and are available to rent and 18 have two bedrooms and are for sale on a shared ownership basis.
All the spacious and modern apartments have a lounge and dining area, fitted adjoining kitchenette and "wet room" style bathrooms, equipped with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Communal facilities include two comfortable lounges, hairdressing salon and lovely gardens with a water feature.

The expert care we can provide ranges from practical help with getting dressed and bathed or household tasks, such as laundry and shopping, to companionship and conversation.
And it’s all tailored to your individual needs, so you can choose how much help you receive and when, and this can be adjusted as your needs change.
