Carer Leader / Team Leader
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Hours: 36hours per week

Opened in 2012, Jubilee Lodge is situated in a quiet location in the Cotswold village of Bourton-on-the-Water – ‘the Venice of the Cotswolds’. The home is built on the site of the Bourton-on-the-Water railway station that closed in 1964 is a short walk to the picturesque centre of the village with its attractive shops, tearooms and bridges spanning the River Windrush.
As a Care Leader you play an integral part of the care team, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting your care team ensuring they are providing high quality of care and service to all residents at all times.
You’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care.
You will take an active part in engaging with residents to understand their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences. Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.

Requirements for the Role:
For this role you must:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months full-time or equivalent work in a residential care setting with older people.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of Dementia Care.
