HR Assistant / HR Shared Services Coordinator

Location:            North Hykeham, Lincoln

Salary:                £17,500 per annum

Hours of work:  37.5 hours per week

Our office based support teams are every bit as important to the smooth running of our organisation, and therefore the well-being of our residents, as the teams based in our homes and extra care housing schemes.  We have four regional offices, one each in Lincolnshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire, offering opportunities in a number of different business areas.

We are now recruiting a HR Assistant to join our HR Team!


This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Shared Service team at Eyre Court. The HR Shared Service, known within the Trust as The HR Hub, are responsible for delivering a high quality, consistent and professional HR service across all areas of the business. The team provide administrative support for all areas of the HR function, including the management of employee data, training, employee benefits and recruitment and also support line managers, employees and external candidates as required.


In this role you will be responsible for all HR system data input, including new starters, leavers, contractual changes, changes to employee details, training details, ensuring the data contained on the systems is updated and maintained accurately at all times. You will take support calls and answer emails as required on all aspects of HR and escalate queries as required.
