Jubilee Lodge is a 74 bedded, modern care home accommodating nursing, re enablement and dementia care in the beautiful Cotswold Village of Bourton on the Water. The home is accessible from Cheltenham and surrounding areas. You will be joining an enthusiastic and committed team who strive to provide person centered care. The home is very proactive within the community, has its own minibus and runs many social events for residents, employees and local communities alike. The team itself is supplemented by a group of volunteers who are actively involved in the running of the homes shop and supporting activities. You will enjoy the vibrant atmosphere at Jubilee Lodge where we promote friendly interactions between residents and employees

Your daily routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people with their personal needs as well as supporting them to go about their daily activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face.
