Southfield House is a 31 bed capacity care home located in Spalding, dedicated to person-centered methods and offering quality care for older people and adults with a physical disability. Southfield House offers compassionate, individualized residential and respite care in a comfortable, homely environment. Our home is situated in a quiet residential area, but still close to the center of the historic market town of Spalding. The town provides a comprehensive range of shops and amenities, all of which are within easy reach of Southfield House.

We are now recruiting Night Carer’s to join our team!
Care is at the heart of everything that we do. Working within the Care team you will show warmth, compassion and support to our residents and their families; helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhancing the lives of individuals in our care.
Your routine will be as varied as the needs of people you are looking after. You will often be helping people with their personal needs as well as supporting them to go about their regular activities, but you will know what makes a difference to them and what helps to put a smile on their face.
Level 2 qualification is essential in Health & Social Care, Level 3 desirable
