Recruitment Lead / Recruitment Consultant
Based in Trowbridge: with weekly travel to OSJCT sites across Wiltshire
Salary up to £35,000 pa
The Orders of St John Care Trust is currently looking for a specialist Recruitment Lead to support with the recruitment for our residential and nursing homes across Wiltshire.
Our Recruitment Leads are responsible for attracting suitable candidates and matching them to permanent or bank positions across the Trust.
As a Recruitment Lead you will attract candidates by advertising via a range of media as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. Building strong relationships both internally and externally is key to the role. You will be the recruitment subject matter expert to internal stakeholders / mamagers and offer advice and guidance on recruitment processes and data. You will be a support function for screening candidates, arranging interviews and taking candidates though the recruitment process.
The Recruitment Lead reports to the Recruitment Manager and will have a dotted line reporting to the Area Operations Director for Wiltshire. You will also be expected to present updates on current recruitment activity or on areas that need focus and be able to report on this to both the Recruitment Manager and Area Operations Director.
We have homes across Wiltshire and while the role is based at our Wiltshire county office in Trowbridge travel to all sites will be required as part of the role and therefore access to transport is required.
It will be vital for you to work in partnership with the other Recruitment Lead based in Wiltshire to ensure a joint and fluid approach to recruitment across the region.

It is envisaged that the post holder will have sound knowledge and experience of using internet job boards and other social sites as well as a range of other methods for candidate attraction. These will include social media advertising, links to local hospitals and nurse training establishments and attendance of dedicated careers events. Creativity and designing out of the box events and recruitment strategies to attract candidates will be essential.
