Local Marketing Executive- Private Collection & South
Hours: 37.5 per week, hybrid working across Private Collection & South OSJCT care homes; 2-3 days working from home.
Salary:£28,000- £34,000 per annum, DOE
Location: Care homes for this role are located in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and one in Oxfordshire.
About the role:
We are looking to recruit for a Local Marketing Executive for our South Region at OSJCT. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, the Area Operations Manager and the Home Managers, along with the wider marketing and PR team, this role will provide a range of support, materials and in-person activity on the ground to both plan and deliver local marketing activity.
About You
You would have experience in a customer facing sales and marketing role, developing marketing plans to deliver against agreed targets, and to develop new contacts to build long term relationships within the region. Ideally, you would have experience in a care environment, and have worked alongside regional media and PR companies. Other roles and responsibilities include:
- To be responsible for identifying a list of key local stakeholders and their best contact details for the nominated homes and jointly with the Regional Marketing Managers and Home Managers, put together awareness and engagement plans for all of these.
- To identify and attend local networking opportunities to engage with key local stakeholders to develop relationships to build referral opportunities.
- To source and develop effective local marketing lists, tools, kits, templates and collateral for use with stakeholders.
- To develop and manage local marketing tools and collateral for use by Home Managers.
- To feed into the broader marketing plans, social media and digital plans based on well-informed on-the-ground experience.
- To actively contribute to the social media activity, creating impactful and relevant content and sharing this to support stakeholder engagement work.
- To monitor and report on number of referrals coming through different stakeholder groups to inform future activity, marketing investment and ROI.
- To develop and manage community and stakeholder outreach events
- To develop relationships with key local media to encourage earned coverage to grow awareness and positive reputation.
- To establish the homes’ individual unique selling points in relation to their competitive environment and positioning within the local marketplace
- To support and train key individuals in the home how to identify and best engage with different stakeholder groups, providing essential information to create informed best first impressions.
- To liaise closely with the homes and the central marketing team to ensure other multi-channel marketing and public relations activity fully support the needs of the homes.
- To support homes in providing exceptional customer experience for all prospective residents
- To organise and manage events both inside and outside of the home to build awareness and relationships with local stakeholder groups.
- To work closely with central marketing and communications teams to ensure brand integrity is upheld to achieve company marketing objectives and goals.
