Recruitment Co-ordinator- 6 month's Fixed Term
Location: Eyre Court Office, Lincoln, LN6 3LQ (Hybrid working 2-3 full days per week in the office)
Salary: £27,000- £29,000 per annum (depending on experience and pro rata of fixed term contract)
We are looking for exceptional customer service and positive attitude to help us achieve our goals. You will have full training and a supportive team. Able to work flexibly and be really excited by working in a fast paced environment, you will get a real enjoyment out of speaking to different people and providing a good experience for candidatesand managers.
Day to day tasks involve sifting and telephone interviewing all applications for your allocated region. You will shortlist for hiring managers to interview in a timely manner, support your Recruitment Business Partner to pro-actively source suitable candidates, matching them to permanent or bank positions across the Trust, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will attract candidates by advertising via a range of job boards and social media. Building strong relationships both with your candidates and the hiring managers you are supporting.
We havecare homes acrossLincolnshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire. You will be supporting homes across all our regions from our shared service centre in Lincoln. You will work closely with the other members of the recruitment team to ensure a joint and fluid approach to recruitment across the Trust.

Who are you?
The successful person will ideally have previous sourcing experience, working in a high volume recruitment environment or care sector. You will be confident with creating adverts using templates, interviewing and using candidate management systems or other database systems. Preference for you to have worked as an in-house recruitment role but we will consider those that have worked in external recruitment agencies as well.
