Maintain your independence in your own apartment with the reassurance of care and support when and how you need it.
Living in an apartment in an 'extra care' housing development gives you the reassurance of having care and support on call whilst keeping your independence and living in your own home. You'll have access to a personally tailored package of care and support from our onsite care team 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Even though you have your own front door and can come and go as you please, there are also communal facilities, such as comfortable lounges, delightful gardens and often a café or restaurant, so you can socialise with your neighbours if you want to. On most developments there is parking available, so you can keep a car.
Best of all, our care staff are on hand to help you in whatever way you need them, when it suits you. Our Housing & Care Manager will discuss your needs when you arrive and work out an individual care plan with you. If anything changes, you can adjust your plan accordingly with just a bit of notice.

Operators who sign up to the Code need to ensure that prospective residents are given clear and transparent information about fees and service charges well before they decide to move in. We aim to abide by all requirements of the Code.
