Congratulations to the team at Hartsholme House in Lincoln who now hold Accreditation status in all areas awarded for excellence in Care, Infection Prevention & Control, Medicines Management and Dementia Care.

Hartsholme House is the first home in the Trust to obtain four Accreditations.  To celebrate this very special achievement on Tuesday 21 April a presentation took place in the home to recognise the commitment and dedication of the Hartsholme House Team who have worked so hard to enhance the quality of life of our residents.

Don Wood, Chairman of Trustees presented Cheryl Gilderdale, Home Manager with an engraved vase which she accepted on behalf of the Home.  Cheryl said “I was happy to accept the award on behalf of the Team and that it was a privilege to be part of our residents and their families’ lives. It is important that we work together to follow the Care Quality guidelines so that our residents remain happy in their home.  It was lovely to see residents, members of the team along with their families, together with visitors be present to celebrate the Homes achievement and we all feel very proud”
