Services offered: Extra Care Housing

Opened in June 2012, Centurion House is situated in a peaceful cul de sac, close to the centre of the bustling market town of Bicester and the famous Bicester Village outlet centre. The new Bicester Village railway station is close by with fast services direct to both London Marylebone and Oxford.

This modern building comprises 20 one and two bedroom luxury apartments designed for independent living (16 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom apartments). Of these 10 are available to purchase on a shared ownership basis and 10 available to rent.

All apartments have a spacious lounge/dining area, with adjoining fitted kitchenette and "wet room" style bathrooms, equipped with hand rails, shower, wash basin and toilet. The bathroom is accessible from both the master bedroom and the entrance foyer of the flat.

Communal facilities include a hair salon, residents' lounge, team/coffee room, laundry room, assisted bathroom, buggy store and courtyard style garden. There's even a guest room that can booked for family and friends when they visit. The services of a handyperson are also available to help out with any odd jobs you may have.

Centurion House is owned by leading housing association bpha. The Orders of St John Care Trust manage the extra care housing apartments as well as providing onsite care services.
