Shotover View is set in a residential area on Craufurd Road on the edge of Oxford, with a convenient bus stop directly outside offering easy access to both the city centre and Cowley.

Opened in March 2013, this attractive development offers 55 luxury apartments for independent living with beautiful communal areas in which to relax and socialise. Of these, 37 have one bedroom and are available to rent and 18 have two bedrooms and are for sale on a shared ownership basis.

All the spacious and modern apartments have a lounge and dining area, fitted adjoining kitchenette and "wet room" style bathrooms, equipped with shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Communal facilities include two comfortable lounges, hairdressing salon and lovely gardens with a water feature.

Our professional and friendly staff team offer planned care and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist in emergency situations.

Shotover View is owned by leading housing association bpha. The Orders of St John Care Trust manages the extra care housing apartments as well as providing onsite care services.
