HR Business Partner (Organisational Development)

HR Business Partner (Organisational Development) 12 months fixed term

Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: Peripatetic, working from OSJCT care homes and offices 2-3 days per week.

Contracted hours: 37.5 per week

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR team working on organisational development projects!

We're looking for a HR Business Partner who will play a key role in strengthening organisational capability by designing and delivering people strategies that support long term business objectives. You will be working closely with the Head of Organisational Development, operational teams and wider people teams. This role has a particular focus on succession planning, talent development, mentoring, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness, while also partnering with leaders to support the delivery of people aspects of organisational change, restructures, and transformation initiatives.

Within this role you will be working collaboratively with senior leaders and People team colleagues to ensure that organisational development initiatives build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Knowledge & skills required:

  • Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant field.
  • Member of CIPD (Level 5 or above).
  • Proven experience in organisational development, succession planning and mentoring preferably in a complex or large-scale organisation.
  • Strong understanding of organisational design, change management, and employee engagement methodologies.
