Care Home Open Week at Paternoster House
Care Home Open Week is a fabulous opportunity for people to see all the wonderful things that go on at Paternoster House.
Care Home Open Week is also a great time to celebrate and thank all our team members for all their hard work and to celebrate with the wonderful residents.
Care Home Open Week is normally a time where home throw open their doors and welcome families and the local community, sadly this year is slightly different and Care Home Open Week has taken a virtual twist.
Paternoster House welcomed an ABBA tribute band into their garden, residents enjoyed singing along to the well-known songs and getting up to have a dance.
A real highlight for the residents at Paternoster House was having a virtual tour and history talk of Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace. Residents found it fascinating to be able to view the inside of the Royal palaces and to learn so much from their guide, Amy from The Royal Windsor Collection.
Sharon Dewsbury, Activities Co-ordinator said, “Care Home Open Week was such a lovely week, our resident especially enjoyed the tour of the Royal palaces”.
