Home Management
Managing a care home is a challenging, but thoroughly rewarding experience. We recognise the vital role our home managers make in leading and organising the teams in our homes. We respect their judgment and skills and so give them a great deal of autonomy and responsibility.
Our home managers must demonstrate and embody our values. Like the captain of a ship, the responsibility for everything that goes on is your direct responsibility and it is up to you to foster a culture of care, compassion and service.
We rely on your leadership, composure, good humour and ability to build strong teams to ensure our care homes provide exceptional care.
You can expect to receive every support needed to fulfil this role successfully, and you will be rewarded well. But apart from the material benefits, above all, you’ll take enormous pleasure and satisfaction from seeing the daily impact you’re having on the achievements of your home, the health and wellbeing of our residents, and the happiness of your colleagues as you can see from the video above.
