Home Manager – A professional and dedicated Home Manager is crucial to the successful running of our homes. The Home Manager is responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care, whilst also maintaining the commercial viability of the home they are managing. You will lead both the care and support teams to strive for excellence in all areas of service provision. As Home Manager you will live by the Trust values and act in compliance with all relevant legislation. You will maintain a strong relationship with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all other relevant statutory and regulatory organisations. With your passion for the job you are undertaking, you will have the ability to motivate and develop your team to provide care that is second to none for our residents.

Domiciliary Care Manager – You will be responsible for the management of our Extra Care Housing Scheme and the service that is provided within it. This includes the overall management of the care team, the efficient and effective day to day running of the service and further development of the service in line with community needs and the requirements of the business. You will maintain a strong relationship with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This role is critical to ensuring client well-being by promoting dignity, privacy and independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.

Head of Care / Dementia Care – The purpose of this role is to lead the whole care team by providing strong care knowledge, support and guidance. You will ensure that our high standards are achieved in all areas of your Home, including the delivery of person-centred (clinical or dementia) care for our residents at all times through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
