Congratulations to Ann-Marie Palmer on receiving her 15-Year Service Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to OSJCT.

Ann-Marie joined the Trust 15 years ago, splitting her time between two part-time roles as an Administrative Assistant at Trevone House and a Finance Assistant in the Gloucestershire Office. Since then, she has built a wealth of knowledge and experience, progressing into the role of Finance Support Administrator (FSA) in 2015.

As an FSA, Ann-Marie plays an essential role in supporting administrators and Home Managers across our care homes with in-home financial processes. Working closely with both Operations and Finance teams, she helps ensure compliance with Trust policies while providing invaluable support and guidance to colleagues.

Although much of her work takes place behind the scenes, its impact is felt across the organisation every day. Alongside the Trust's three other Finance Support Administrators, Ann-Marie quietly and consistently helps homes manage important financial processes, ensuring they can focus on delivering the very best care and support to residents.

The FSA team is a credit to both the Operations and Finance teams, and Ann-Marie's dedication, professionalism and commitment over the past 15 years exemplify the values that make OSJCT such a special place to work.

Thank you, Ann-Marie, for 15 years of service, support and dedication. We are delighted to celebrate this significant milestone with you and look forward to the years ahead.
