We are delighted to celebrate Marcel Borcea of Jubilee Lodge, whose dedication and commitment have earned him the prestigious title of Support Colleague of the Year.

This award recognises the importance of colleagues who make a positive difference through their support, teamwork and commitment to delivering high-quality care. Marcel’s achievement is a wonderful opportunity to recognise the valuable contribution support colleagues make to the everyday lives of residents and the wider care team.

Behind every great care team are colleagues who work together, support one another and help create an environment where residents feel safe, valued and respected. Recognising outstanding colleagues like Marcel highlights the importance of these contributions and the positive impact they can have across a care home.

Everyone at Jubilee Lodge can be proud of this achievement, and we congratulate Marcel on this well-deserved recognition.
