Commemorative Ceremony at Grevill House
Grevill House in Charlton Kings held a special commemorative ceremony to pay tribute to the inspirational team at Grevill House and to remember those who have been lost during this time.
Our team came together as one to pay their respects and we were privileged to be joined by some family members who have lost their loved ones.
The ceremony included a planting of a commemorative hydrangea, releasing balloons with dedicated messages for each loved one and a minute’s applause.
Kate, Home Manager at Grevill House, delivered a speech to everyone in attendance and shared a letter for the CEO at The Orders of St John Care Trust, Dan Hayes. There were also reading by Simon one of their Activities Co-ordinator and a poem read by Oliver, their Head Housekeeper.
Kate said “The ceremony was a great time to remember all those who have been lost and celebrate our team at Grevill House and Ashley Intermediate Care Centre”.
