The team from Chilterns Court Care Centre in Henley-on-Thames, part of The Orders of St John Care Trust were delighted to attend the Dementia Oxfordshire Summer Information Fair in Henley-on-Thames.
It was a fantastic opportunity to meet members of the local community, families, and partner organisations, and to share information about the compassionate, person-centred care and support we provide across our homes and services. We enjoyed talking about the full range of care available, including residential and dementia care, alongside the varied activities and community engagement that help residents live well each day.
We were also proud to promote our recently launched day care service, offering flexible, supportive care in a welcoming environment. The service provides meaningful activities, social connection, and reassurance for people living with dementia, while also offering valuable respite and peace of mind for families and carers.
It was also great to meet other care providers and professionals from across the sector, sharing ideas and strengthening relationships that help improve outcomes for people living with dementia.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop and speak with us—we truly appreciated the conversations and connections made throughout the day.
