The Community Nursing Team works closely with Edwardstow Court every day, providing invaluable support to our residents and staff. Their care, kindness, knowledge and dedication make a real difference, helping to ensure our residents receive the very best support while also providing guidance and reassurance to colleagues and families.

Strong community partnerships are an essential part of providing high-quality care in a care home. By working closely with healthcare professionals and local community teams, care homes can benefit from specialist knowledge, advice and support that helps residents receive the right care at the right time. These relationships also create continuity for residents and their families, while enabling care home teams to learn, share expertise and work together to support people's health, wellbeing and independence.

At Edwardstow Court, we are proud of the close relationship we have built with the North Cotswold Community Nursing Team. Their ongoing collaboration with our staff helps us respond to residents’ changing needs and provides valuable reassurance to residents, families and colleagues alike.

To show our appreciation, the Edwardstow Court team presented the Community Nursing Team with a special thank-you hamper filled with coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of sweet treats – a small gesture to recognise the significant contribution they make to life at Edwardstow Court.
