Eresby Hall’s transformational bedroom refurbishment underway
Eresby Hall in Spilsby, Lincolnshire, is undergoing transformative refurbishment works to reconfigure the interior of the home.
The Trust is delighted that the planned investment in Eresby Hall in Spilsby is underway and progressing well. Construction is moving forward, and everyone is excited to see the finished result.
The home was opened in the 1970’s and has been home to 40 residents ever since. The home is now undergoing works to knock down four bedrooms, a care office and hair salon to make space for five new bedrooms, three of which will have en-suite shower rooms.
When complete, the refurb will incorporate a calming colour palette, including leafy greens, warm oranges and a mix of patterns and textures.
Caroline Dunagan, Regional Director, said: “We are delighted to be able to respond to the needs of the Spilsby community in the upgrade of Eresby Hall. We listened to what people wanted and having excellent care, a safe environment and an en-suite room is what’s most desired. Eresby Hall has normally very high occupancy due to its popularity and reputation locally. This investment in refurbishment is testimony to the commitment The Orders of St John Care Trust makes in reinvesting surpluses for the benefit of our residents. I look forward to welcoming our first residents into the new rooms shortly.”
