Fremantle Court care home manager is celebrating a major professional milestone after achieving a Distinction in her Level 5 Operations Management qualification – the highest grade available.
Deepthi, Home Manager at Fremantle Court, has been recognised for her exceptional commitment to professional development after successfully completing the qualification alongside her leadership responsibilities.
Balancing her studies with the day-to-day demands of managing a care home, Deepthi completed her project work and final examinations and went on to achieve the highest possible grade: a Distinction.
The achievement marks the culmination of two years of hard work, determination and dedication, and reflects Deepthi's commitment to continually developing her skills and knowledge as a leader.
For Deepthi, this has provided an opportunity to build on her leadership skills and further strengthen the knowledge and experience she brings to her role supporting residents, families and colleagues.

I am incredibly proud to have achieved a Distinction. Balancing studies alongside my responsibilities as Home Manager certainly had its challenges, but it has been incredibly rewarding. I have learnt so much throughout the course and feel the experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally. I am grateful to everyone who supported and encouraged me along the way.
Her achievement has also been celebrated by colleagues at OSJCT, who praised Deepthi's determination and ongoing commitment to learning.
