Recently, Goodson Lodge has launched an initiative with Trowbridge Museum to capture residents' memories.

The museum has developed an oral histories project about the town and residents' experiences during WWII.

Members of the museum team came to Goodson to talk to residents about the local history project and began to record their memories of that time.  Residents' families have also been involved in the activities.  

Work on the project continues with talk of an exhibition in the town and also the development of an educational resource for use in local schools with the ongoing aim of keeping local history and memories alive.
