It was a brilliant opportunity for colleagues to meet local residents, join in the atmosphere and talk about life at Grace Care Centre, including the care and support services available to older people and their families in Thornbury and the surrounding area.

Adding to the fun, the Grace Care Centre team hosted a popular tombola, with some fantastic grand prizes generously sponsored by Old Down Country Park and Thornbury Golf Centre.

Community engagement is an important part of life at Grace Care Centre. Building strong local relationships helps ensure the home remains connected to the community it serves, while giving people the opportunity to meet the team and find out more about care in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
