The brilliant team at Grace Care Centre gathered for a BBQ to celebrate all their hard work, dedication, and care. The residents, their families, and neighbours joined to thank the staff for their contributions and commitment to the home.

The afternoon was filled with copious amounts of fun, including a live music performance from Neil Patterson who sings in a ‘Brat Pack’ style, whilst also tap dancing! Having live music, singing along, and beautiful warm sunshine made for a day to remember at Grace Care Centre.
One of the family members commented on how much fun they have every time they visit their mum Grace Care Centre. 

The BBQ served as a moment to reflect on the countless stories of kindness and selflessness that unfold within the home. It highlighted the essential role the caregivers play in enhancing the quality of life for the residents they serve. The event also provided an opportunity for the staff to bond outside of their usual caregiving responsibilities, further building their sense of community and unity. 

The home manager, Mel, commented “It’s not just a job for these remarkable individuals, it’s a vocation driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. The BBQ celebration was a small gesture in return for the monumental work they do every day.”
