Gregory House has been recognised once again for delivering exceptional standards of care after achieving an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the second consecutive time.
OSJCT Gregory House is celebrating after CQC inspectors praised the team’s dedication to providing compassionate, person-centred care and creating a warm, welcoming home where residents feel valued, respected and supported.
The Outstanding rating is the highest accolade awarded by the CQC and recognises services that consistently go above and beyond expectations. The achievement reflects the commitment of the home’s team, who work every day to ensure residents receive care that is tailored around their individual needs, choices and preferences.
During the inspection, the home was recognised for its caring culture, strong leadership and the positive relationships built between residents, families and colleagues.
Marie Young, Home Manager at Gregory House, said:

The achievement also highlights the home’s commitment to being an active part of the Grantham community, creating opportunities for residents to stay connected through activities, events and relationships with local people and organisations especially with the launch of their new community garden.
The Head of Operations for OSJCT, Mike Stredder added:
