Gregory House, a residential care home in Grantham has achieved at top 10 rating on Carehome.co.uk, after 18 months of consistently high consumer ratings.
The care home has 31 bedrooms for residents and also offers respite care. Residents and their relatives can submit reviews, which are carefully verified, on the consumer rating website based on eleven criteria: facilities, care/ support, cleanliness, treated with dignity, food and drink, staff, activities, management, safety/ security, rooms, and value for money.
Recent comments published on the website include: “I could not have found a better place than Gregory House. It is home from home, clean, comfortable and a really lovely environment for the residents. The atmosphere is pleasant, cheerful, and friendly. The staff and management care for the residents as if they were their own families. The care home has an Outstanding CQC rating, and a team of around 35 covering day and night roles. The home has been run by Home Manager Anna Lewkowicz since January 2018 Anna said: “We are absolutely delighted to be recommended by our residents and their families on this site, and to reach the top score of 10 is wonderful. It is testament to the hard work and dedication of our whole team, including our kitchen, and housekeeping teams, the handyman, those who work in the office, the carers and our busy Activities Coordinator.”
Anna commented on why she thought that Gregory House had achieved this exemplary review rating: “Everyone works with love, passion and happiness. We encourage feedback and we are quick to address change, and to do things differently to suit our residents’ needs. We always remember that it’s their home, and we feel very strongly about running Gregory House as a family home.”
