Live Music Now at Paternoster House
Residents at Paternoster House in Cirencester were delighted to hear live music again and to welcome Chris from Live Music Now.
Live Music Now is a UK-wide initiative, created by Yehudi Menuhin and Ian Stoutzker in 1977. Their musicians deliver thousands of interactive music programmes in care homes and hospitals, and a range of community and healthcare settings. Their specialist support and training provide young musicians with skills and employment at the start of their professional careers, across all genres of music.
Paternoster House love to have musicians in the home and although this has been difficult over the last 18 months, they were delighted to be able to welcome Chris into their garden for some live music.
Sharon Dewsbury, Activities Co-Ordinator at Paternoster House said, “It was lovely to see the residents light up hearing Chris sing and play his guitar, we hope to welcome more musicians this summer”.
