The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT), a not-for-profit care provider with 18 care homes and six extra care housing schemes in Oxfordshire, is delighted to announce the appointment of Regina Topalli as the new Home Manager at Madley Park House in Witney.

Regina brings a wealth of experience in social care leadership, alongside a strong commitment to person-centred support. Having worked in the care sector since 2016, she has extensive hands-on experience across residential and dementia care services. Her background includes leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting residents and families, and achieving strong regulatory outcomes.

Regina will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, lead and support the dedicated staff team, and ensure residents continue to receive high-quality, compassionate care. Her focus will be on maintaining Madley Park House’s warm, community-focused atmosphere while further enhancing wellbeing, safety and the overall resident experience.

Madley Park House provides high-quality residential, dementia and respite care in the beautiful market town of Witney. The home is well known for its friendly team, welcoming environment and strong links with the local community. A new day care service for people aged over 65 is set to launch in July.
