Home Manager Victoria Wallis shared her appreciation for the team:
Our team is at the heart of everything we do at Marden Court. Every day, I see the kindness, compassion and dedication they show to our residents and to one another. It’s wonderful to have an opportunity to celebrate the amazing people who work so hard to make Marden Court such a warm, welcoming and caring home. I’m incredibly proud of the whole team and grateful for everything they do.
Every member of the team plays an important role in making Marden Court such a special place. Whether supporting residents directly, preparing delicious meals, keeping the home clean and comfortable, maintaining the environment, or helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes, every role matters and every contribution is valued.
