Meadowcroft care home in Thame, welcomes new Home Manager, Olaniyi (Ola) Eniayewu.
Meadowcroft care home in Thame has welcomed Olaniyi (Ola) as its new Home Manager, bringing with him extensive experience, a strong clinical background, and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Ola joined The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) in 2020 as a Domiciliary Carer at Mayott House before progressing to Isis House, where he developed his career from Carer to Care Leader and then Head of Care. His journey through the organisation has given him valuable experience in supporting residents, leading teams, and delivering compassionate care.
In his newly promoted role at Meadowcroft, which provides residential care, nursing care, dementia care, respite care and day care for older people in Thame, Ola is committed to ensuring residents feel valued, respected, and supported, while empowering colleagues to continue developing their skills and delivering excellent care.
Alongside his practical experience, Ola has a strong clinical and academic background. He holds an MBBS, master's degrees in Healthcare Management and Public Health, a Level 7 NVQ in Health and Social Care, and is currently studying towards a PhD in Public Health and a master's in Psychology.
Ola said: "I am delighted to be joining the Meadowcroft team and look forward to getting to know our residents, families, and colleagues. Building strong relationships is at the heart of what I do, and I believe that when residents feel heard and teams feel supported, we can create a community where everyone can thrive."
