The team are delighted to have the new system in place that will help them to co-ordinate, record, and plan each resident’s personalised care, and update details in real-time.

Using electronic handsets, the team at Millbrook Lodge will be able to keep secure and accurate records in a way that makes collaboration more efficient and effective. It will also remove a lot of printed paperwork that is harder to transport and share quickly. Already, the team has found that their admin time has been reduced, leaving with more to spend with our residents, focusing on them and being able to be “in the moment.” 

Storing information digitally also allows for easier insight at the touch of a button that would have been very time-consuming and manual to produce with the paper-based system.
