Edwardstow Court Care Centre had some children aged 6 years old from Stow Primary School visiting, the children love going to Edwardstow Court and have visited the residents before. The children read some of their favourite short stories to the residents at Edwardstow Court before playing a fairy tale memory game and then onto some colouring.

Gemma Joynes, Activities Co-Ordinator said “We are really pleased with the link we have made with Stow Primary School and the residents look forward to their visits. Bringing the generations together enables social interactions that not only brings joy to our residents but also brings some important health and wellbeing benefits too”.

The residents of Edwardstow Court will also be visiting Stow library to join in with their National Storytelling Week activities too.
