Frontier Developments are the developers of the site. Demolition and land preparation commenced in June 2021 and the programme for construction will last for approximately 18 months.

The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) will operate a new purpose-built care home on the site that will provide older adults with first-class, all-inclusive care in the comfort of luxurious surroundings.

Together with Frontier, OSJCT is committed to keeping the impact of construction disruption to a minimum. Frontier will review working practices on an ongoing basis as part of the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
