Orchard House Trio Recognised at the 2021 OSJCT Employee Awards
Everyone at the home is incredibly proud to receive this high recognition.
The annual OSJCT Employee Awards have been running for over 20 years and gives special recognition to some of the heroic 4,800 staff members across 6 counties.
Considering the amount of competition, everyone Orchard House was delighted to see one winner and two finalists announced from the home.
Marianne Macpherson won Newcomer of the Year in Gloucestershire based on the instant impact she has had within the home.
Malgorzata Walczak was also proudly announced as finalist for Nurse of the Year, and Piotr Zloty was also a finalist in the Hospitality Award category.
Everyone in the home is incredibly proud of Marianne and Malgorzata for their well-deserved recognition.
Chief Executive of OJSCT, Dan Hayes, praised all the winners and said:
