The Orders of St John Care Trust (OSJCT) is pleased to announce the addition of Kings Court to its portfolio. Located in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire, the 66-bed care home provides high-quality residential and dementia care and will strengthen the organisation’s ability to support older people and their families in communities where care is needed most.

Kings Court - named in honour of the coronation of King Charles III which took place in the same month the care home opened - offers an all-inclusive experience. Residents benefit from 24-hour care, access to an on-site salon providing hairdressing and chiropody services, a cinema room, a varied programme of activities and much more. Designed with comfort and wellbeing in mind, the home features bright, open-plan social spaces and spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite wet room. 

Environmental sustainability has also been a key consideration in the home’s design. Equipped with solar panels and ground source heat pump technology, Kings Court operates without the use of gas, providing carbon-free heating and minimising its environmental impact.
