The Orders of St John Care Trust has been recognised for the second year running as one of the UK's Top 10 Large Care Providers as part of the Lottie Awards, run by the elderly care platform Lottie. Two of our services, Wellford Gardens in Wheatley and Grace Care Centre in Thornbury, were also recognised among the Top 100 Care Homes in this year’s awards.

Now in their second year, the Lottie Awards shine a spotlight on the very best in the UK care sector, celebrating care teams across the UK who consistently go above and beyond. 

Lottie's Top 10 Large Care Providers category celebrates the leading care organisations making a big impact across the UK, recognising providers that combine scale with quality (operating 30 or more care homes) and consistently deliver high standards of care and support across their portfolio.

The top 100 care homes are assessed from more than 14,000 care homes across the UK.

Winners in both categories are selected through a data-led assessment across seven weighted categories, drawing on both Lottie's own listing data and trusted external sources, including: regulatory CQC ratings, enquiry handling, facilities and activities on offer, each home's online listing, and verified Google reviews.
