OSJCT’s Madley Park House enjoys Christmas visit from RAF Brize Norton
Residents of the Trust's Madley Park House care home in Witney enjoyed a special Christmas visit from RAF Brize Norton personnel.
Eight servicemen and women joined residents for a festive quiz and two-course Christmas lunch.
Madley Park House Activities Co-ordinator Kerry Hyatt said: “Residents have been really looking forward to this visit. It was so nice to see them chatting away and enjoying the company of our visitors.
“We are very grateful to all those from RAF Brize Norton who took time out to come and join us today – it was a fantastic afternoon.”
One of the home’s residents, Betty, commented: “I’ve had a lovely time - I’ve thoroughly enjoyed myself.”
Sergeant Liz Craig, of the Catering Flight at RAF Brize Norton, said: “It’s been an absolute treat to come here today, we’ve all had a lovely time.”
