Paying for Care is taking place on Thursday 20 April at Frome Town Hall. The event has been organised by OSJCT) and is open to anyone who is considering residential care for themselves, or a loved one, in a care setting designed for older people.

The main talk will be given by David Seviour DipPFS, a member of the Society of Later Life Advisors (SOLLA), and Wealth Adviser at St James’s Place Wealth Management.

Tim Wright, Customer Relationship Manager at OSJCT Goodson Lodge in Trowbridge will also speak at the event. Tim said: “Choosing a care home and understanding how care is funded can be challenging, especially during what is often an emotional time. It’s important for those looking at care for themselves or a loved one to have as much information as possible to help them to make an informed choice about their care options.”
