Staff members were invited to share childhood photographs, giving residents the chance to put their detective skills to the test and see if they could match each adorable baby face to the member of the Goodson Lodge team they know today.

There were plenty of smiles, surprises and some very imaginative guesses as everyone studied the photographs. The activity sparked conversations about childhood memories and gave residents a different insight into the people who support them each day.

Events Manager Alex Damon said:

It was such a lovely activity and a great way for our residents and team to have fun together. Seeing everyone trying to work out who was who created lots of laughter, and it was wonderful hearing the stories and memories the photographs brought up.

The activity was another highlight of Professional Carers Week at Goodson Lodge, celebrating the people who make a difference every day while creating opportunities for residents and staff to connect, laugh and enjoy time together.
