Residents from Athelstan House had such a good time and enjoyed a fabulous day on our first trip out for a while. We went to Braydon Pond, a stunning inland waterway where we spotted some of the resident ducks.

It was lovely to go to a nearby beauty spot and watch the world go by, all the time enjoying a change of scene.

It is true what they say; a change is a good as a rest!
