Several team members have been recognised as winners and finalists in OSJCT Employee Awards 2022
The Employee Awards, which have taken place for more than 20 years and celebrate ‘shining stars’, long services and qualifications gained were hosted at Hatherley Manor Hotel and were attended by homes from across Gloucestershire.
At the awards, Jessica Scott won The Trust Efficiency and Development Award. Virginia Avella was named a finalist in the Exceptional Dedication to Caring category. Laura Legg was also a finalist in the Personal Development Award.

Jess is someone the team can rely on and look up to as an example. The work that Jess has done to ensure new starters receive a thorough induction and great welcome was also mentioned at the awards ceremony.
