Trust celebrates talent and dedication with Oxfordshire awards ceremony

Inspirational employees from OSJCT care homes, extra care housing (ECH) schemes, and offices in Oxfordshire were celebrated at an awards ceremony held at the Randolph Hotel, Oxford.
Over 70 guests attended the 2022 Trust Recognition Awards ceremony for Oxfordshire. Mike Stredder, Operations Director and Jacqui Roynon, Head of People shared the role of Master of Ceremonies, with Dan Hayes, Chief Executive giving the opening address. Awards were presented by Dan Hayes and Mark Everall, Chair of Trustees.
Candidates for the Trust Recognition Awards are nominated by colleagues, residents and friends of care homes. Nominations were judged by a panel and finalists invited to the awards, where award winners were presented with trophies.
Patsy Just, OSJCT Regional Director for Oxfordshire, said: "Our employees work very hard and are committed to reaching and maintaining the highest standard of care for our residents. This award ceremony gave special recognition to those who have been nominated for their endeavours by their colleagues and the people they care for, It was delightful to celebrate individual and team successes together.”
